Booking & Payment

Free strategy sessions are always complimentary.

Paid coaching requires payment in full (or approved plan) before starting.

All payments are securely processed via Stripe, PayPal, or GoHighLevel.

Fees are in USD and non-refundable except as stated below.

One-on-one coaching: 7-day satisfaction guarantee on first month only

All other programs, courses, and events: no refunds after access is granted or program begins

Scheduling

Reschedule any business coaching call with at least 24 hours notice

No-shows or cancellations under 24 hours count as completed sessions
